We set up SharePoint with a site per project, inherited access controls, and clear lifecycle rules that archive the site when the project closes. Finding the latest version of the client report stops being a daily cost.

Personal devices accessing email are covered by app protection policies — work data stays in the work apps, personal photos stay on the phone.

Most professional services contracts now include an IT security schedule. Clients ask whether you hold Cyber Essentials, whether you encrypt laptops, whether you have documented incident response.
