What's included in your managed IT services?

Every plan includes unlimited remote helpdesk, Microsoft 365 tenant management, endpoint protection, patching, 3-2-1 backup of 365 data, monthly reporting, and a 30-minute response to priority tickets. On-site engineering across West Sussex is charged at a published day rate or bundled into higher tiers.

How much does your IT support cost?

Our standard managed IT plan is from £49 per user per month. More security-heavy tiers with co-managed SOC, quarterly vCIO and priority on-site run to £95 per user per month. We publish pricing on the IT support page — no "call us for a quote" games.

What's the contract length?

30-day rolling notice. No 36-month handcuffs. If we're not working for you, you can leave with a month's notice and we'll help you exit — data export and handover are written into the contract.

Do you offer co-managed IT alongside our internal team?

Yes. Roughly a third of our clients have an internal IT person or team and use Syntek for out-of-hours cover, specialist work (M365 migrations, Cyber Essentials, networking) or to share the ticket load. We scope co-managed engagements around what your team actually does and doesn't want to own.

How long does onboarding take?

Typical onboarding for a 5–25 user business takes 14 days from signature to "go live": discovery, tenant handover, MFA everywhere, Defender and Intune rollout, backup setup, and a documented runbook. Bigger or messier estates take 30 days. You are covered from day one — we start answering tickets while we onboard.
